Shipping takes generally about 5 to 10 business days.

We ship either from our warehouse or directly from our suppliers, which are both located in China.

We know our and many other suppliers since years, and surely can have a look around if we find something suitable for you.

Always contact us and ideally send us a picture of the product as well as the shipping box. This will help us find the cause of the issue.

If we send you a damaged, broken, or different as advertised product, then yes. If you just do not like it, then no.

We currently accept PayPal as well as Google Pay, we are working on accepting credit/debit card directly.
